Inefficient Customer Service

I requested for a clearance letter and after almost 3 months of calling and following up on their customer service they told me that I have to go to their Collections Department since its a settlement case. After almost 3 months! After I wasted time and money on calling them! What you read online about getting your requests after months of following up is true. Being the biggest bank and yet have the worst customer service is such a shame. I will never deal with this bank again.

User's recommendation: Look for other banks which has better customer service. FAB is only after their bottom line, they don’t care about their customers.

Bounced cheque penalty

A cheque hit my account but my account did not have enough funds. the cheque deducted the balance from my account. I wanted to know who the balance 1500 AED went to. No one is being able to tell me that. It was not credited to the client whose cheque it was. The bank says that it shows no transaction I just want to know who took the 1500 aed
